A Message for our Clients: Coronavirus 23 March 2020

The wellbeing of our staff, our clients and our visitors is very important to us.

We want to do our best for you.

We are currently working with a reduced staff.  We hope to continue to work, but expect that may be with an increasingly reduced staff.

We have always been a firm which is committed to face-to-face relationships with our clients, however we have to ask you not to attend our offices without an appointment; we will not be able to see you.

If you have an appointment with us, unless it is essential for us to deal with it face-to-face, we will be contacting you to make other arrangements.  This may be for your meeting to be dealt with by another method of communication or for your meeting to be rearranged to a later date.

If you are unwell, or have been advised to self-isolate, for your wellbeing and ours we ask that you do not attend our offices at all, even if you have an existing appointment.  We will not be able to see you if you do attend.  We will need to deal with your appointment by a different method.

We are currently unable to make home visits or off-site visits and expect that will remain the case whilst the government advise social distancing.

We are taking all possible steps to continue providing the level of service we would like to provide to our clients, however in view of the current restrictions it is possible that clients’ work cannot be completed within the original timescales given, and that the work may need to be dealt with by different team members.  It may not always be possible to notify you of this in advance, however we will do our best to keep you informed of progress.

If you have a payment to make for work we have done for you, we would ask that you make payment by card over the telephone wherever possible. Alternatively, if you have our bank details already, you may make payment by bank transfer. Finally, you may send a payment in the post by cheque whilst ever the postal service remains available to us all.

We are grateful to our staff and our clients for their loyalty to us and hope to see you back in our offices when these difficult times have passed. Thank you.
