Ending a Civil Partnership

Whilst the idea of ending a civil partnership is not something most of us want to think about, if the relationship has broken down dissolving the partnership might be the inevitable outcome.

Ending a civil partnership can be a very intimidating prospect. As a relatively new area of law there could be concern that matters may not be straightforward and could lead to a court battle, bundles of paperwork and unseemly public quarrelling between members of a once-happy couple.

The reality is in fact very different and our specialist team is on hand to ensure that if dissolution of the partnership is inevitable that it can proceed with a minimum of dispute and ill feeling and with a degree of confidentiality to keep private matters private.

We will do all we can to ensure that the cost will be both predictable and manageable and we deal with all of the paperwork to minimise the active involvement that you need to have.
