For Trustees

When a Trust is set up there is a legal duty on trustees to consider the way the fund is invested.

It will only be in rare instances that placing a Trust fund into a bank or building society account will be sufficient to discharge trustees legal obligations. Many trustees are unaware of this.

Our legal expertise and knowledge of Trusts and their taxation makes us ideally placed not only to set up, manage and wind up a trust but also to match the trustees with the most appropriate investment taking into account all the relevant factors such as timescales, income requirements, tax treatment and administrative convenience.

If you are a Trustee please call us to arrange for us to advice on a new investment or to review your existing portfolio to help you fulfil your duties and do your best for the Trust.
