This area of work represents a major part of the firms business.  Successful applicants will be joining an innovative team with considerable expertise in this field and will share our progressive approach to this area of work. Our existing team includes STEP practitioners and members of Lifetime Lawyers and we would particularly like to hear from others who already have or who are working towards those accreditations. Members of ACTAPS would also be welcome to apply if they have a proven record of utilising their membership within a mainly non-contentious role.  Opportunities are currently available at our Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire offices and applications are welcome from solicitors at all stages of qualification including those with leadership, management, marketing and presentation skills.
