Shacklocks achieve Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accreditation

The CQS scheme was introduced last year; it is rigorous and requires law practices to undergo assessment, training, audits and annual reviews.  

The scheme has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, Land Registry, Building Societies Associations, and other organisations of similar standing.  The purpose of the scheme is to enable firms to inspire trust and confidence in clients, lenders and the general public in the conveyancing service the firm provides.  It is designed to co-ordinate with the Lexcel Accreditation which Shacklocks has held since 2005.

 We hope that for us at Shacklocks it is yet another way of demonstrating the strength of our business, the quality of our people, and our strategy of 'knowledge and application'.
