When a Will needs updating

We recommend that you ask us to review your Will every 3 – 5 years to ensure that it still meets your requirements and family circumstances.

In addition to this there are also times in your life when updating your Will (or making one for the first time) is especially important and these include:

Getting married or entering into a civil partnership
Becoming divorced or dissolving a civil partnership
Starting to live with someone
The birth of a child or grandchild
