Shacklocks welcomes Ben to the Family

Belper-based solicitors and investment advisors, Shacklocks, have boosted their legal team with the appointment of Ben Stubbins as solicitor.
Ben, who qualified as a solicitor in 2003, graduated from Sheffield University and Nottingham Law School. He was previously with two East Midlands firms, one of which is based in Chesterfield where Ben retains strong links.
He specialises in divorce cases and has a wealth of experience in the area of financial provision and financial claims between married and unmarried couples.
In his new role, Ben will join the family law department and advise clients on a number of services from the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, pre-nuptial agreements, divorce and ending a civil partnership.
